To bid on our auctions please make an account with Liveauctioneers and register for the auction. You can leave a max bid and walk away or bid live while the auction is ending. At the end of the auction if you have not contacted us to arrange payment we will charge your card on file.
Arcana Auctions offers affordable in-house shipping on small items, we typically can ship items that fit in a 16x16x16, or dimensionally similar box. For art, fragile and large items we have recommended third party shippers you can contact below. You can also arrange shipping through LiveAuctioneers LiveShipping feature but shipping through LiveAuctioneers can be expensive.
Pickup dates will be posted on the auction details. There is typically a couple of open days for pickup following the auction, after that you can make an appointment for pickup.
Like most auction houses, we do charge a Buyer’s Premium. This is a small percentage of the selling price that is added to the purchase price of each item. The buyer’s premium for each auction is stated on that auction page and in the online details for each auction. The Ohio sales tax of 8% is added to the purchase price including the buyer’s premium unless you have a valid tax exemption number. If so, please make sure we have it before the end of the auction in which you are bidding so we can make sure there’s no tax on your invoice. If paying through LiveAuctioneers your tax exempt form is submitted to them.

Shipping Solutions

Arcana Auctions does offer in-house shipping for small to medium size items, and we are happy to work with any shipper you choose. Bidders must initiate contact with their shipper, then have that shipper contact Arcana Auctions to coordinate the pickup. Payment in full to Arcana Auctions is required before any item will be released to any shipper. Bidder is responsible for and will pay shipper directly for all packing, handling, and shipping costs.
